Tincknell ends Rockingham test on top
Harry Tincknell emerged on top of the second and final day of this week's British Formula 3 International Series test at Rockingham. The Devonian, entering his second season in the series, became the fourth Carlin Dallara-Volkswagen driver to top one of the four days of official pre-season tests run so far. Tincknell, who was sidelined for three months in the winter due to a hand injury sustained in a testing shunt at Spa, set his best time in the morning session.
