Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner believes Formula 1 teams should rethink whether an in-season test becomes a regular feature in the future, on the back of this week's Mugello experience. Although the 11 teams present were able to complete some valuable development work, Horner is one of many leading figures who suggests that the benefit may not have been worth the cost of running there.
