Citroen says PSA cuts won’t affect WRC
The Citroen World Rally Team has confirmed the redundancies and financial cutbacks announced by the French manufacturer last week will not affect the firm's commitment to the World Rally Championship. PSA Peugeot Citroen revealed 8,000 redundancies and the loss of one car-producing factory on Thursday last week after it was announced that it had sold 13 per cent less cars around the world in the first half of 2012 compared with the same period in 2011
