Carlin appeal set for Wednesday
Carlin's appeal into Jack Harvey's time penalty from the British Formula 3 International Series round at Silverstone is to be heard this Wednesday, ensuring that the title will be decided on-track at Donington Park this weekend. Harvey finished second on the road in race two at Silverstone, but a 30-second time penalty for his part in a collision with Pipo Derani as they battled for the lead relegated him to 12th in the results. If the Motor Sports Association accepts the appeal, Harvey will move to within six points of his championship-leading team-mate Jazeman Jaafar, and will be three points behind second-placed Fortec Motorsport driver Felix Serralles.
