Max Biaggi retires from racing
Multiple grand prix world champion Max Biaggi has announced his retirement from motorcycle racing following a career that spanned three decades. The 41-year-old Italian won his second World Superbike title this year, having competed in the series since 2007 and raced in grands prix between 1991-2005. Biaggi won four consecutive 250cc world titles between 1994-97 on Aprilia and Honda machinery, taking 29 race victories on the way
