Marciello reinstated to Norisring win
Raffaele Marciello has been reinstated to his win in this morning's Formula 3 European Championship opener at the Norisring as one of seven drivers who had their time penalties rescinded. Team representatives were able to convince officials that the yellow flags were not flying when their drivers improved their sector times, after Tatiana Calderon had pulled off-track with a damaged car.
