Leading Northern Irish driver Alastair Fisher is hoping for wet weather on the Circuit of Ireland - which starts from Belfast on Friday. Fisher feels rain could help to destabilise the Intercontinental Rally Challenge regulars like Jan Kopecky and Juho Hanninen.
