Huertas returns to Carlin for FR3.5

Carlin has completed its Formula Renault 3.5 line-up for 2013 by signing Carlos Huertas to partner Jazeman Jaafar. Colombian Huertas raced for Fortec in the series last year, where he was team-mate to Robin Frijns as the Dutchman won the title
