FIA confirms 30 entries for Euro F3

Lucas Wolf and Sandro Zeller confirmed their seats for the revamped Formula 3 European Championship as the FIA announced a 30-car entry list for the 2013 series. The only blank space on the list is the second Romeo Ferraris car.
